Mamrayimov Serik Dauletovich was born on January 5, 1966.
In 1983 he graduated from the secondary school named after Ilyas Zhansugirov in the village of Myrzashok in the Maktaaral district of the South Kazakhstan region.
In 1993 he graduated from the Korkyt ata Pedagogical Institute in Kyzylorda city, receiving a history teacher specialty.
From 1993 to 1996 he worked as a history teacher at the secondary school named after Ilyas Zhansugirov.
From 1996 to 1998 he worked as a history teacher in the Zhetysay branch of the International Kazakh-Turkish University.
Since 1998 he worked as the deputy dean of the faculty, then the head of the department, the head of the Educational-methodical management, the pro-rector for science and international relations, the rector of the university. At present, he fulfills the obligations of the pro-rector for the academic work of the university.
October 30, 2007 on behalf of Ramazan Suleimenov Institute of Oriental Studies of the dissertation council he defended his thesis and received the degree of the candidate of history.
Scientific ways of creative search were accompanied by publications in national and foreign scientific journals. Over the years, more than 50 scientific publications have been published in journals and journals of international scientific and practical conferences, the author of two monographs and one a training manuals.
He is the holder of the diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the holder of the medal "Excellence in Education" and a medal dedicated to the celebration of the "25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
